As each of you has received a gift (a Particular spiritual talent, a gracious divine endowment), employ it for one another as [befits] good trustees of God’s many-sided grace [faithful stewards of the extremely diverse powers and gifts granted to Christians by unmerited favor].

Kingdom advancement should be your top priority as a believer.
How involved are you? Be honest in your answers because that will enable you to put more effort into kingdom advancement.
Let’s continue to look at the following a believer must put into consideration while serving in your local church:-
2.Beloved learn to love people, this will help you serve well: Love must be sincere for it to work effectively, Be devoted to one another in brotherly love. Glory to God! In love, you will easily let go of their wrongdoings.
When you serve in love you will keep your focus on Christ and Christ alone, because you are fully aware that He is the rewarder (Study Philippians 2: 1- 11, Hebrews 6: 10). Love makes us encourage one another. Glory!
3. Collectively know we all are the church. Not you or some group of people but all of God’s children.
Therefore teamwork is required. Serving is not competition rather we complement or complete one another. Be a kingdom influencer no matter where you find yourself. Be a team player; don’t hold back anything that will be a blessing to others.
Remember Proverbs 11:25 says “Whoever brings blessing will be enriched, and one who waters will himself be watered.”
The Bible said Honor one another above yourself.
Never be lacking in zeal, but keep your spiritual fervor, serving the Lord. A team player shows he/she is humble and teachable.
Only in humility can you serve best and also learn new things for the purpose of kingdom Advancement.
