Opening Scripture: Proverbs 23: 12
Apply thine heart unto instruction, and thine ears to the words of knowledge.
Halleluyah!
A man who desires greater heights is a lover of the opening scripture.
Proverbs 12: 1 says Whoso loveth instruction loveth knowledge: but he that hateth reproof (is)brutish.
What are the instructions?
Instructions are a direction calling for compliance, an order/ manual of doing things. Instructions are guides to achieving a target/goal.
Beloved can you say you’re a man/ woman giving to taking Instructions?
Because in every instruction comes detailed information about how something should be done or operated.
As children of the Highest w,e are expected to follow instructions from God and His word which is our manual for life.
Even in our day-to-day operation regards to life, there is always one instruction or the other to follow.
For instance, if you’re a staff of an organization there is going to be an instruction on how things must be done in that establishment. To make a good delicacy you must prep the ingredients and add accordingly while cooking that’s the instruction.
Bakers take instructions while measuring their ingredients to a particular thing they want to bake. When they don’t act accordingly to measurement they make a mess of it all.
Void of compliance to instructions brings about failure to service and productivity. That’s the same when we decide to run our lives void of God’s instructions in His word.
Be guided. A believer without direction dislikes instructions from God’s word.
It takes wisdom to follow instructions.
Proverbs 9: 9 Give [instruction] to a wise [man], and he will be yet wiser: teach a just [man], and he will increase in learning.
Make obedience to instruction a lifestyle. One thing you must know obeying instructions most times are not sweet but a man on a mission must comply to achieve greatness and success
