Opening Scripture: Genesis 41:38-41 KJV
38: And Pharaoh said unto his servants, Can we find such a one as this is, a man in whom the Spirit of God is?
39: And Pharaoh said unto Joseph, Forasmuch as God hath shewed thee all this, there is none as discreet and wise as thou art: Hallelujah to our king of kings!
Glory to God!
It’s our season of remembrance surely you will be remembered for greater heights.
In the opening scripture, Joseph was remembered but He was highly prepared for the encounter.
Are you prepared to meet your king?
When one is getting ready for an examination (proof of knowledge) he or she must be psychologically, mentally, and physically ready.
Likewise, as believers, to have a divine encounter with a destiny helper you must be fully prepared for such. And Joseph was!
First of all, you must be a believer filled with the Holy Spirit without Him the preparation can’t start and won’t be complete.
Why do you need Him? He teaches us all things and His presence brings favor.
You might ask how I knew Joseph was ready.
In verse 39 of Genesis 41 “Pharaoh said unto Joseph, for as much as God hath shown thee all this, there is none so discreet and wise as thou art”
Beloved three things that show Joseph was ready and also shows that a man is ready for an encounter; I call it “G I W”
•Gift – He must be gifted in something. And Joseph was gifted with the interpretation of dreams.
God never creates a man without a gift. “For as much as God hath shown thee all this” – That was Joseph’s gift.
What is your gift? Discover it and build yourself in it. Use it always to bless lives – it’s for the benefit of mankind.
•Intelligent – We are intelligent in something.
There is always that specific thing you are good at. I boldly say this;
All men created by God are intelligent. (We were created in His image and likeness) Glory!
Just discover your area of specialization and thrive in it.
Joseph was intelligent, he spoke discreetly – careful, prudent. Glory to God!
•Wisdom – A Wise man is full of knowledge and understanding.
Understanding can profound solutions – it also takes you further to execution to get a result.
Joseph was a man full of wisdom and was wise.
Jesus has become wisdom to us from God.
Having Jesus simply means you have wisdom.
Refuse to limit your knowledge (ability to know), study more, and improve yourself to enable you to showcase wisdom and understanding at the right time (God’s word is there to teach you with the help of the Holy Spirit fellowship with Him always.
Beloved you have been fully equipped with the right Arsenal for that encounter with your king (Destiny helper). Praise the Lord!
Just make sure your “G I W” is intact and ready always to show your true nature of one with God all things are possible. It is your season of remembrance you shall surely be remembered for that breakthrough and miracle.
I pray that your “G I W” will manifest at the right time with the right person in Jesus name Amen.
